William L. Uber, 71, of Darlington, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2023 in his home. Born December 19, 1951 in Grove City, he was the son of the late Hartley and Gladys Shaw Uber.
In February of 1971, William married the former Patricia Goehring. The couple shared nearly 53 years of marriage together while raising their family.
Mr. Uber served as the Manager for the Chippewa Center, retiring from Pennmark Management Company after 37.5 years of employment.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his son, William L. (Amy Orosz) Uber of West Mayfield; two grandchildren, Mackenzei (Dante Sciaretta) Uber, and William J. Uber; two great-grandchildren, Apollo David & Atlas James Sciaretta; and two step-grandchildren, Tyler Orosz and Alexis Dye; He is also survived by four loving brothers-in-law; and seven loving sisters-in-law.
Family and Friends will gather at Campbell’s Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Chippewa Twp., PA 15010 (Randy R. Wheeler, supervisor, 724-843-2500), on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 3:00 until 7:00 PM. A funeral service will take place on Friday, November 10, 2023 at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel, with Reverend Patricia Elliott officiating. Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery in Beaver Falls.
