Victor P. Ceriani, age 91, of Beaver Falls, died on Monday, June 19, 2023. He was born in Beaver Falls on June 29, 1931 and is the son of the late Natale and Amelia Gaz Ceriani and the husband of the late Elsie K. Thallman Ceriani, who died on February 6, 2017. Victor proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was the manager and co-owner of Falls City Lumber, which was the former Beaver Falls Builders Supplies. After his retirement, he still went to work at Falls City Lumber for two days a week up until last week. His favorite saying was “I like going to the shop to talk to old friends and meet new ones”. He was a lifetime member of the Beaver Falls American Legion Post 261, the Beaver Falls Turners, and was also a proud member of the Old Book House Gang. Victor loved to golf and had two holes in one.
Victor is survived by his children, Mark (Judy) Ceriani of Chippewa Township; Marcy (Bruce) Powell of New Brighton; grandchildren, Seth (Kayla) Mora; Macy Mora; Nicholas Ceriani; great-grandson, Exzavian Brooks; brother, Frank (Carol) Ceriani of Patterson Township; and a cousin who was always there for Victor, Eugene Pagani.
In addition to his parents and spouse, Victor was preceded in death by his sisters, Ann Ceriani and Mary Ross.
Family and friends will gather at A.D. Campbell Funeral Home, Inc., 1326 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 (724-846-1160), on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., when military honors will be held. Entombment will follow at Beaver Falls Cemetery and Memorial Park Co.
