Sarah E. Flajnik

Sarah E. “Sally” Morack Flajnik, age 95, a life-long resident of New Brighton, PA, died on Monday, December 9, 2024. She was born in New Brighton, PA on December 1, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Eugene James and Mary Bosco Morack.

Sally was a secretary for Campbell Family Funeral Homes for over 20 years; a former operator with her aunt, Edythe Gatto at Reliable Letter Service, Beaver Falls for over 40 years. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, New Brighton and was a former member and past president of New Brighton Junior Woman’s Club; charter member of Woman’s Club of Beaver Valley; serviced for 14 years with the Croatian Fraternal Union Junior Cultural Tamburitzans Federation of which the New Brighton Junior Tamburitzans were a member.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by her husband, Georgee G. Flajnik; her beloved grandson Matthew McBurney; and her brother, Dr. John F. Morack.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Jacquie Flajnik McBurney and her husband, Jim.

The family would like to thank Providence Care Staff for their compassionate care, they would also like to thank Dr. Carl Sestito and Pinnacle Hospice.
