Richard A. Rocereto

Richard A. Rocereto, age 91, of Patterson Twp., died on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. He was born in Beaver Falls on November 7, 1931 and is the son of the late Vincent and Amelia Jerome Rocereto. After serving in the United States Army, Rich worked his entire career as a Certified Public Accountant, mostly at S.R. Snodgrass. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and had the privilege of serving our local communities on many boards. He was one of the founding members of the Angel Fund of Beaver County. He was kind and loving and a gentle soul and will be missed by many. He is survived by nieces and nephews, Anita Macioce; Cathy Lang; Robert Macioce; Marilyn Donaldson; Cheryl Macioce; Carol Gidcumb; John Gidcumb; Dr. Paul Rocereto; Mary Kay Rocereto; Ann Margaret Lobell; great nieces, Erin Slater; Alanna Karaosmani; Tiffany Quesenberry; great-great nieces and nephews, London Slater; Sarah Slater; Lucas Karaosmani; Elliot Karaosmani; Emelia Karaosmani; Michael V. Lee; Rebecca Rocereto; Jacob Rod Rocereto; Thomas P. Lobell; Samuel S. Lobell; and his companion and caregiver, Randy R. Wheeler. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his two sisters, Dorothy Gidcumb; Jean Macioce; brother, Vincent Rocereto; and great niece, Brianne Macioce. Family and friends will gather on Friday, June 30, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Campbells Chippewa Funeral Home, Inc., 2618 Darlington Road, Chippewa Twp., PA 15010 (724-843-2500). Prayers will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Noon at St. Augustine Parish, St. Monica Roman Catholic Church, 116 Thorndale Drive, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Entombment will follow at Beaver Cemetery and Mausoleum.
