Jayne R Penebaker

It is with great sadness that the family of Jayne Rita Penebaker announces her passing on Thursday, October 18th, 2018.

Jayne was born in Jakarta, Indonesia on August 5, 1949. She immigrated to the United States with her family when she was seven years old. Jayne was a loving spouse, mother, sister and friend. She had a creative soul, which she shared with the world through her amazing art, writing and interior design. Her beauty, class and kindness were the hallmark of who she was to the world. To her family and friends her love knew no bounds. They will always remember her laughter, her love for coffee and her bad taste in movies. She is joyfully reunited with her daughter Tammy and forever dwelling in the Kingdom of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Jayne will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Art, of 42 years and her children, Kelly (Eric) Hartner and John (Christine) Bojanac. Jayne will also be remembered by her sister Cindy Jo Wetzel, her eight grandchildren; Kandice, Jonathan, Madison, Rachel, Abigail, Claire, Taylor, Max, her nieces and nephews, the many friends she considered her family and her dog Misty for the joy she shared and the love she gave. Jayne is the sister of Wim and Jimmy Wetzel.

Jayne was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy Burckart, her brother Roy Wetzel, her mother Gerry Betke and her father Willy Wetzel.  

Friends and family are invited to attend a viewing on Monday, October 22nd from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the Campbell's Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA. A service will be held on Tuesday, October 23rd at The Chippewa United Methodist Church at 10 AM with Pastor Donald McNeil officiating. Interment will follow at the Little Beaver Cemetery, Enon Valley, PA.
