Jacqueline Smart

Jacqueline Morrison Smart, 91, formerly of Beaver Falls, passed away after a short battle with Covid-19 on December 23, 2020, at the Accord Health Care Center, Middleburg Heights, OH. Born May 19, 1929, in New Brighton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Philip Kredel Morrison and Martha Adelaide Morrison. Jackie was a graduate of New Brighton Area High School. She was a retired employee of the Yorke Insurance Agency of Beaver Falls, and also a former employee of the Babcock and Wilcox Companies. She was a member of Frist Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls. There were many organizations in New Brighton and Beaver Falls that Jackie was very active, including the Century Club of New Brighton (Past President), Beaver Falls Outlook Club, Blackhawk Band Boosters and Alpha Sigma Epsilon Sorority. She will be sadly missed by her Son and Daughter-in-law Joel Smart and LeAnne (Lindquist) Smart Hamilton, VA. Grandchildren, Kylene Smart Brew and Kyle Brew, Boston, MA, Brianna Justine Smart, Purcellville, VA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, James Arnot Smart, as well as her son Jeffrey Morrison Smart in November of 2020. A family memorial will be held following the travel restrictions due to Covid-19. Interment will occur in Sylvania Hills Memorial Cemetery. We will miss her dearly but know today she is reunited with her husband in heaven and that we will once again see her when we leave this earth as our ultimate father promises in John 3:16 - For God so loved the world he gave his one and only son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
