Diana Lea Luke Tate, 54, of Monaca, Pa, passed away on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Allegheny General Hospital.
She was born December 16, 1966 in Beaver Falls, Pa to the late George and Rebecca (Welsh) Luke. She worked for Jacks for many years, becoming a mother figure to many who worked there. She liked to read and shop, but most especially enjoyed sitting and talking and spending time with family. She will be remembered for her big personality but simplistic ways. She was such a hard worker and the absolute best caregiver. She was always there for anyone.
She is survived by her husband, James Tate; children, Clare (Bud) Nye, Danielle Tate and Kaylee Tate; sister, Kathleen (Brian) Plummer; niece, Kassie Brown; aunt, Bonnie (Bob) Melvin; in laws, Nancy & John Mrozoski; and her beloved grand cats.
There will be a celebration of her life on Sunday, May 30th, 2021 with an open house starting at 1 p.m. at the country house, 1339 Shenango Road, Darlington, Pa 16115. Join us for food, laughs, maybe some tears, and a whole lot of great memories.
