Caral Jean Kislock, of Beaver Falls, passed away in the comfort of her home on February 14, 2022 after a valiant, hard fought battle with a brief illness, with her valentine sweetheart of 52 years, daughter and son-in-law by her side.
Born in Beaver Falls on February 6, 1947 to the late John and Doris Kaercher. She was a beloved Beaver Falls School District crossing guard for 38 years. Caral worked "her corner" proudly for "her kids". She even crossed several generations of kids over the years. Her crossing guard vest, which was decorated for every holiday caught the eye of all who passed by. Caral knew no strangers, as she smiled and waved to everyone. When not on her corner, she enjoyed reading her paperback books. She was a dog lover, as all of her "babies" would attest to.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Kislock; daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Randy Smilak; sisters, Sandy Weckerly and Ginger (Danny) Mannerino; brothers, Scott and John Kaercher; several nieces and nephews; and two grandpuppies.
There will be a visitation on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at A.D. Campbell Funeral Home, 1326 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls, Pa 15010 with a service to follow at 8 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa (Center Township), PA 15001.
